Since getting his real estate license in 1990, Paul has been a Realtor in Southern California with a highly successful track record. As a proud recipient of the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award, Paul has successfully closed escrow on every home using Trust Property USA’s “Fix and Sell” strategy.

Paul and his wife Kim have been together for over 30 years and have two incredible daughters, Emily and Camille. Best friends since kindergarten and business partners, Paul and Larry live next door to each other on the same street they grew up on. As an avid fan of camping, reading and American history, Paul has visited over 20 states.

Maya, a broker and real estate entrepreneur, leads the expansion and operations behind Trust Properties USA. With a proven track record and a passion for helping families through the challenges of selling probate and trust properties, Maya has developed systems to address their unique needs and has launched new offices throughout California and Florida.

A UCLA alum, Maya has over 10 years of experience in operations and business development, spanning across high-tech startups, marketing teams, and commercial and residential real estate brokerages. Having been involved in several hundred transactions through her father Larry’s mentorship, Maya is committed to innovating and creating a nationwide solution for helping families unlock the equity their loved ones worked a lifetime for.

Beyond her role at Trust Properties USA, Maya invests in and operates Airbnbs, sharing her love for travel and hospitality through her spaces. She has backpacked through more than 30 countries and has a passion for interior design and exploring new places, cultures, and, of course, food.

As a father of four and a seasoned business leader with over a decade of sales and operations experience in the real estate, mortgage, and legal industries, I have mastered managing chaos, blending leadership and mentorship with kindness and support. My journey has taught me that achieving ambitious goals and nurturing a positive environment are not mutually exclusive. I have successfully led diverse strategic initiatives, significantly enhanced efficiency, built high-performing sales teams from the ground up, and driven substantial revenue and profit growth in highly regulated industries. Dina’s career is marked by her ability to enhance our marketing and brand positioning, focusing on supporting our sellers and professional partners. Her deep understanding of the challenges of probate and trust real estate allow her to craft tailored solutions that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and boost retention. Her approach is hands-on, strategic, and results-oriented, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and measurable outcomes. Dina’s leadership style is defined by her passion for creativity and her commitment to delivering excellence. Her ability to blend strategic insight with creative execution has earned her a reputation as a leading figure in the real estate and mortgage marketing landscape. When she’s not driving success for her clients, Dina cherishes time with her five grandchildren and never misses an opportunity to cheer on the Celtics.

After ten years as a successful independent Realtor, Salata joined Trust Properties USA in 2013, opening their Newport Beach office, expanding to Orange County and Northern San Diego County. Jason is a member of the Orange County Bar Trust & Estates Section and The Professional Fiduciary Association of California.

Since opening our Orange County office, Jason has quickly built a reputation as the #1 Probate and Trust specialist in the region. He and his wife Maura recently have two boys, Sammy and Franco.

Valerie Medina is a Realtor and Broker Associate specializing in Trust and Probate Real Estate. She has 15 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing and Sales. She started her career working with banks and selling foreclosed properties throughout San Diego County, and now uses her knowledge to help Administrators and Trustees avoid Foreclosure, and sell the family home, so the estate keeps all the equity, and not the buyer. Valerie’s passion and heartfelt drive are to serve her clients’ best interests and help them negotiate the best possible outcomes. Valerie loves Southern California and is a fan of the arts and theater culture in downtown San Diego. She loves the beach, race walking, and cycling.

Veronica grew up in the Inland Empire, and began her career in banking. She brings 10+ years of sales and real estate experience and is recognized for providing excellent customer service.
Since joining Trust Properties USA in 2020, Veronica and her sister Elizabeth have built a successful reputation as the most trusted probate and trust specialists in the region. Helping hundreds of families maximize the equity in their family homes. Veronica’s heartfelt drive and passion are to serve her client’s best interest and help them navigate the best possible outcome. She truly loves her community and is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and several estate planning organizations. In her free time, she enjoys travel, and spending time with her family.

Elizabeth was raised in the Inland Empire and began her career in the banking industry managing banking centers as a Senior VP for Bank of America. During that time, she was ranked #3 in the country for her dedication to excellence in customer experience. After she departed her career in finance, she studied immigration law and began assisting immigrants with the process to become lawful residents and citizens. Many of her clients also needed assistance with homeownership. As a result, Elizabeth began offering real estate services in addition to her paralegal services in 2015.  Due to her continued commitment to providing excellent service, Elizabeth’s business has continued to grow to over $8 million in sales. In 2021, Elizabeth joined her sister Veronica on the Trust Properties USA Team, helping families navigate the probate and trust process and gain the most equity from the sale of their family homes. Elizabeth and her husband Richard are raising two beautiful daughters. They enjoy spending their time with family and traveling together.

Rhonica is a long-term resident of Southern California, with experience in buying and selling properties throughout Los Angeles, with a focus on the South Bay. Originally from Eugene, Oregon, she studied English literature and journalism at the University of Oregon. Prior to real estate, she worked in advertising, public relations, pharmaceutical sales, and hospitality, all of which further honed her ability to communicate with poise and clarity and gave her the tools to make sure her clients have a great experience buying or selling with her. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, hiking, running, and spending time with her family, which includes her son and their 3 pets. She is also an avid fan of live music and a seasoned yogi with more than 20 years of experience.

James has 10+ years of experience in real estate finance and investing. Prior to joining Trust Properties USA, he successfully financed the acquisition and renovation of over 100 properties.Earlier in his career, James was the Director of Economic Development at Career Resource Development Center where he managed the small business incubator and taught an entrepreneurship course.James has a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He is looking forward to partnering with his wife Lisa to forge this new chapter in their careers.

As a Bay Area native and current resident, Clarence has extensive experience within the markets of Northern California. Prior to joining Trust Properties USA, Clarence managed a real estate brokerage and worked closely with licensed contractors as a property investor for clients. Clarence has also worked for several years within the telecommunications industry and as an Urban Planner. Clarence brings his personal experience as an investor working with contractors and his land use planning background to serve his clients’ best interests and help them negotiate the best possible outcomes. Clarence received a Bachelors Degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning at Morgan State University. Traveling the world with his wife is one of his greatest passions.

Marisa was born and raised in the Azores Islands off the coast of Portugal. She has lived in the Bay Area since 1998. After living there for almost 25 years, Marisa knows the Bay Area like the back of her hand. While working at Google, she was awarded the title of, “Google’s Most Valuable Player” using her entrepreneurial spirit and genuine care for her clients to assist with their needs. She discovered the value of rehabbing homes through her own experience, having bought properties in San Carlos, Truckee, Los Gatos and Scotts Valley and is ready to bring that value to the clients of Trust Properties USA.
Marisa is currently raising her twins and son in Los Gatos where she can enjoy the nature and serenity of the farmland she had loved from the Azores Islands. Her passion is to fly to destinations with warm and sandy beaches, but more than anything, it is to help people like yourself.

She has been trained directly by Trust Properties USA’s co-Founder Larry Bovshow and has overseen the successful close of more than 300 escrows with Trust Properties USA.Oren has lived in California since 1996 and has spent most of those years in the San Fernando Valley. Continuing the tradition from Paul and Larry, Oren and Maya have been family friends since elementary school. Outside of Trust Properties USA she can be found spending time with her friends & family or at a K-Pop concert.
