Trust Properties USA will help you or your client avoid foreclosure at ZERO Upfront Cost!

The Coronavirus pandemic has caused great stress on millions of Americans, emotionally and financially.  Many people are worried about facing eviction and losing their homes.  President Biden announced on February 16th that there would be an extension of forbearance and foreclosure relief programs to June 30th, 2021. According to The California Realtor’s Association, homeowners with loans through the Federal Housing Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture or the U.S. Department of Veterans can now enroll in forbearance through June 30, 2021 to delay payments for up to 18 months. Borrowers with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac can delay their payments for up to 15 months, but they must enroll by end of February. The state’s eviction moratorium was extended to June 30, 2021.
