Maya, a broker and real estate entrepreneur, leads the expansion and operations behind Trust Properties USA. With a proven track record and a passion for helping families through the challenges of selling probate and trust properties, Maya has developed systems to address their unique needs and has launched new offices throughout California and Florida.

A UCLA alum, Maya has over 10 years of experience in operations and business development, spanning across high-tech startups, marketing teams, and commercial and residential real estate brokerages. Having been involved in several hundred transactions through her father Larry’s mentorship, Maya is committed to innovating and creating a nationwide solution for helping families unlock the equity their loved ones worked a lifetime for.

Beyond her role at Trust Properties USA, Maya invests in and operates Airbnbs, sharing her love for travel and hospitality through her spaces. She has backpacked through more than 30 countries and has a passion for interior design and exploring new places, cultures, and, of course, food.

As the Head of Partnerships at Trust Properties USA, Michael brings a unique blend of expertise from his background in wine, service, and relationship building into the world of real estate. Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Michael spent over a decade immersed in the fast-paced hospitality industry, honing his skills as a sommelier and leading restaurant teams and operations. These experiences instilled in him a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service—qualities that align perfectly with the personalized approach required in probate and trust work.

For over 50 years, Larry has lived happily in the Woodland Hills area with his wife and four children. His free time is spent traveling, exploring the outdoors, and on the golf greens.

Paul and his wife Kim have been together for over 30 years and have two incredible daughters, Emily and Camille. Best friends since kindergarten and business partners, Paul and Larry live next door to each other on the same street they grew up on. As an avid fan of camping, reading and American history, Paul has visited over 20 states.

Since opening our Orange County office, Jason has quickly built a reputation as the #1 Probate and Trust specialist in the region. He and his wife Maura recently have two boys, Sammy and Franco.

She has been trained directly by Trust Properties USA’s co-Founder Larry Bovshow and has overseen the successful close of more than 300 escrows with Trust Properties USA.Oren has lived in California since 1996 and has spent most of those years in the San Fernando Valley. Continuing the tradition from Paul and Larry, Oren and Maya have been family friends since elementary school. Outside of Trust Properties USA she can be found spending time with her friends & family or at a K-Pop concert.
